JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a civil revision and has been directed against the order dated 13.2.2001 passed by Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Hoshiarpur, who dismissed the application of the tenant under Order 9 Rule 13 C.P.C. for setting aside the ex parte order dated 16.7.1999.
