JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE prayer made by the petitioner is for the quashment of orders Annexures P-1 to P-3 and P-5. The plot of the petitioner was resumed mainly on the ground that he did not deposit the requisite amount on time. Now it is stated at the Bar by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the substantial amount has already been deposited by the petitioner and if any other additional amount is due to the Administration, the petitioner is ready to pay the same on receipt of the demand notice in which the amount due to the Administration may be indicated.

(2.) WE dispose of this writ petition with the observation and direction to the respondent authority to issue a demand notice to the petitioner specifying the amount due to the Administration and under what head and on receipt of such notice, the petitioner shall deposit the same within 15 days with the Administration without any excuse. On deposit of the said amount, the orders Annexures P-1 to P-3 and P-5 shall be deemed to have been quashed. There shall be no order as to costs.
