(2.) Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the sentence of imprisonment passed upon appellant Amarjit Singh is suspended and it shall remain suspended till the disposal of this appeal provided he furnishes bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehagrah Sahib. Sentence of fine is not suspended. Fine he shall pay (Fine is stated to have been paid).
