JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code for treating F.A.O. No. 9-M of 1989 as a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act and this Court after converting the petition under Section 13-B may order the grant of decree on the basis of mutual consent.

(2.) On 7.11.1989 it was ordered that the parties will appear in Court on 12.12.1989 to make statements in pursuance of the application for divorce by mutual consent. Today the parties have appeared. Let their statements be recorded.
