JUDGEMENT

(1.) - This order will dispose of Civil Miscellaneous No. 18479 of 1989 and Review Application No. 195 of 1989 in Civil Writ Petition No. 5424 of 1983. In the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, it is stated that the review application is barred by a period of 350 days. No cause much less sufficient cause is disclosed in the application for condonation of delay. The same is devoid of merits and is dismissed. However, I am inclined to suo-moto review the order dated 2.8.1988 passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 5424 of 1983. The writ petition was disposed of with the following observations :-
