JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has challenged the orders Annexure P. 8 and P. 12 dated 6.7.1987 ana 3.6.1988.

(2.) The main grievance of the petitioner is that as a result of his transfer, his status as a.regular employee has been affected and the conditions of his service, as laid down in the Bye-laws also stand altered.

(3.) It is the admitted case of the parties that the Corporation may, in exercise of powers of transfer given by the Bye-laws, transfer the employees. The petitioner's counsel states that on transfer the status of the petitioner and the conditions of his service, as laid down in the Bye-laws of the Corporation, should not have been changed.
