AMAR SINGH Vs. UNITED COMMERCIAL BANK

Decided On January 25, 1990
AMAR SINGH Appellant
V/S
UNITED COMMERCIAL BANK Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mere filing of an appeal against the decree sought to be executed is no ground for stay of execution. Such a prayer, if at all to be made, should be made to the appellate Court where appeal is pending. This petition with these observations, hereby dismissed. In the circumstances, however, there will be no order as to costs.
