JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner was convicted under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304-A, I.P.C. by Shri Gopi Chand, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh, vide his order dated January 28, 1987, and sentenced as under :-

(2.) Notice of motion was issued to the U.T. Chandigarh on February 14, 1990.

(3.) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any infirmity in the order of conviction recorded against the petitioner by the Courts below. I, therefore, affirm his conviction.
