JUDGEMENT

(1.) This judgment disposes of Civil Writ Petition Nos. 972 and 1589 of 1985.

(2.) In CWP No. 972 of 1985, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 11.7.1979 passed by respondent No. 1, whereby the plots were allotted to the following persons in pursuance of the undertaking given by the Improvement Trust, Karnal in CWP No. 2124 of 1976 :-

(3.) In Civil Writ Petition No. 1589 of 1985, the petitioners have sought a mandate to respondent No. 1 for allotting them a plot in the Development Scheme No. 37 or 43 in lieu of the land measuring 63' x 5' belonging to late Lala Tara Chand which was acquired by respondent No. 1.
