JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revision petition is directed against the order of the trial Judge allowing the application under Order 1, Rule 10, Civil Procedure Code, filed by the added respondents 2 to 11 in the revision petition for being impleaded as defendants in the civil suit titled as Joginder Pal v. Jalandhar Improvement Trust.

(2.) The plaintiff has assailed the order of the trial Judge principally on the ground that the added defendants are neither necessary nor proper party to the suit and their presence is not essential for the just decision of the suit. The trial Court while disposing of the application under Order 1, Rule 10, Civil Procedure Code, filed by respondents 2 to 11 in this petition, observed thus :-

(3.) On the facts of the instant case, the learned trial Judge felt that if the added defendants are allowed to be impleaded as a party to the suit, it will avoid multiplicity of litigation.
