SHINDER SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to outbreak of the pandemic, COVID-19.

(2.) This order shall dispose of CRM-M-25736-2020 (Shinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab) and CRM-M-28156-2020 (Jit Singh @ Jagmit Singh and another Vs. State of Punjab), as both the petitions arise out of the same FIR.

(3.) The petitioners pray for grant of bail pending trial in FIR No.78, dated 16.05.2020 under Sections 325, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 307/308 IPC added subsequently), registered at Police Station Moga, District Moga.
