(2.) In deference to the order dated 17.12.2020, Mr Manpreet Singh, IAS, Director, Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab has attended the hearing through video conference.

(3.) Ms. Ambika Bedi, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab has pointed out that approximately a sum of ? 3,08,000/- has been released to the petitioner towards arrears of medical reimbursement, salary, leave encashment and ex-gratia.
