JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking exemption from filing a certified copy of a report dated 13th July, 2009 of the District Town Planner, Yamuna Nagar. The application also seeks leave to place on record the said report as Annexure P-16 to the petition.

(2.) For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. Exemption is granted and the report is taken on record as 'Annexure P-16'. CM-8938-CWP-2020

(3.) This is an application for placing on record the affidavit of the Petitioner.
