JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail to the petitioner in FIR No.171 dated 05.08.2019 under Sections 376(d)(2)(f)/328/344/346/323/120-B IPC and Sections 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s) and 3(2)(v)SC/ST Act, 1989.

(2.) On the previous date of hearing i.e. 30.04.2020 learned State counsel was directed to complete instructions in the matter.
