JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter has been taken up through video conferencing in the light of COVID-19 pandemic.

(2.) This is second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.135 dated 27.08.2019 under Sections 328, 376 (2)(N), 323, 34, 506 and 354-C IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.

(3.) The aforesaid FIR was got registered at the instance of the prosecutrix, who is stated to be 34-years-old and is mother of two children.
