JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second petition for grant of bail filed by the petitioner pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No.05 dated 05.01.2014 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Jhabhal, District Tarn Taran.

(2.) The alleged recovery from the petitioner is 210 grams intoxicant powder having salt Diphenoxylate which comes under commercial quantity.

(3.) The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 28.02.2017.
