JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of lockdown due to outbreak of pandemic COVID-19.

(2.) Mr. Amit Mehta, Sr. DAG, Punjab puts in appearance on behalf of the State on his own.

(3.) Petitioner Satpal Singh has come up in this first anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 19 dated 11.03.2020 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga.
