AMIT Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition for regular bail filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, in case FIR No.229 dated 23.05.2020, under Sections 394/397/120-B/201 of the IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sector-58, District Faridabad.

(2.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2020. Further submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR. But his name has transpired from the disclosure statement of accused Manish, who was arrested.

(3.) In similar circumstances, the co-accused Rocky has already been granted regular bail by this Court in CRM-M-28699-2020 on 23.09.2020.
