JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed by Petitioners Bahadur Singh and Vikrant Bhanot under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 111 dated 9.9.2010 registered under Sections 148, 323, 452, 149 IPC at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully.
