JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed by Petitioner Jagbir Singh under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 301 dated 19.12.2009 registered under Sections 420, 468, 467, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Parao, District Ambala.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully.
