JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No. 125 dated 04.10.2009, registered under Sections 307/323/324/148/149/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No. 7, Jalandhar.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record.

(3.) This Court while issuing notice of motion on 28.07.2010 passed the following order:
