(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 26 dated 29.1.2009 under Sections 302, 364, 201, 148, 149, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Banga, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
