JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in the wake of acceptance of SAO No.39 of 2009 between the same parties, vide separate judgment of even date, the present revision petition has become infructuous and the same be dismissed as such.

(2.) In this view of the matter, the instant revision petition is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
