JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide this order, I intend to dispose of FAO Nos. 1953 of 2009, 1954 of 2009, 302 of 2010 and 303 of 2010, as the same arise out of common award.

(2.) There is a delay of 212 days in filing FAO Nos. 1953 of 2009 and 1954 of 2009 and of 540 days in filing FAO Nos. 302 of 2010 and 303 of 2010.

(3.) Reply of the application for condonation of delay has been filed.
