JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appeal is against an award dismissing a claim for compensation in a case where the claimant had simple injuries. The claimant must have undergone a trauma of an accident and that itself must have been taken as component for awarding some compensation. The injuries are details in para 17 and they are reproduced as under:
