(1.) For the reasons recorded, delay of 454 days in filing the present appeal is condoned.

(2.) CM stands disposed of.

(3.) This appeal has been filed against concurrent judgments of the Courts below whereby both the Courts have declined the declaration that the appellants have become owners of the land, even while granting an injunction restraining the respondents from dispossessing the appellants except in due course of law.
