JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) Petitioner-Puran Singh has filed this petition under Section 439 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail for the offences under Section 21 of the ND & PS, Act, 1985, in respect of which, complaint No. 855(3) 2008 Ludhiana dated 5.9.2008 was filed and is pending before the Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana.

(3.) The accusation against the petitioner is that he was found with his co-accused in motor car make 'Tata Indica' bearing Registration No. PB- 10BK-0290, from which 6 Kgs. of heroin was recovered.
