JUDGEMENT

(1.) The review application has been filed by the appellant seeking review of the judgment of this court dated 22.9.2008 whereby the appeal was dismissed as the award of the learned court below was found to be in consonance with the judgment of this court. The review application has been filed with the change of the counsel, which cannot be permitted.

(2.) Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
