JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 18, dated 19.7.2010, registered under Sections 7 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station SVB Gurgaon, District Gurgaon.

(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully.
