JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 119 dated 11.12.2009 under Section 307, 326, 324, 323, 34 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. It is not disputed that only simple injury is attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2009. Bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda.
