JUDGEMENT

(2.) Petitioner, Navdeep Singh, has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre arrest bail in FIR No.5 dated 5.1.2010 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code in Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

(3.) He has contended therein that he is innocent and has been involved in a false case at the instance of Jasbir Singh, complainant. Only vague allegations have been levelled against him in the FIR.
