JUDGEMENT

(1.) Invoking the provisions of section 439 Cr.PC, petitioner Santokh Singh son of Jit Singh, has filed the present petition for regular bail, in a case registered against him, vide FIR No.42 dated 10.9.2010 (Annexure P1) on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 IPC, by the police of Police Station Talwandi Chaudhrian, District Kapurthala.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after bestowal of thoughts over the entire matter, to my mind, the present petition deserves to be accepted in this context.
