JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that during the pendency of the present appeal, unfortunately appellant-Sarabjit Singh has expired.

(2.) In view of this development, the present appeal challenging the judgment and decree of the learned court below declining divorce to the appellant has been rendered infructuous.

(3.) Accordingly, the appeal is taken on Board and dismissed as infructuous.
