SARWAN SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND ANR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for Setting aside the order dated 15.07.2010 (Annexure P-7) vide which Respondent No. 2 has been granted anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 30.05.2010, under Sections 406 / 420 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Rahon District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

(2.) Learned State counsel, who is assisted by ASI Pargan Ram, has submitted that challan has been presented in this case after due investigation. Now the case is listed for 26.02.2011 for Criminal consideration on charges. The Petitioner has furnished regular bail after presentation of challan. In these circumstances, since now the Petitioner has furnished regular bail after presentation of challan, no ground for interference at this stage is made out.

(3.) Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
