JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the election of Respondent No. 5 as Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, village Tappa Khera, Block Lambi, District Muktsar.

(2.) After hearing counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that for deciding the present writ petition, notice of motion can be issued only to Respondents No. 1 to 4.

(3.) Issue notice of motion to Respondents No. 1 to 4. On the asking of Court, Mr. Palvinder Singh, Senior DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on their behalf. A copy of the petition has been supplied to him.
