VIRENDER KUMAR Vs. STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to Respondents No. 1 to 4 to conduct the investigation in case FIR No. 649 dated 06.11.2010 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 452 and 506 IPC and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat.

(2.) It is contended that Respondent No. 4-Rajinder Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat is not acting in a fair manner as the FIR has not been correctly recorded. These facts were also brought to the notice of I.G., Rohtak Range, Rohtak vide P-3, as well as, D.G.P., Haryana Police vide P-4. However, no representation was made to Superintendent of Police, Panipat.

(3.) Thus, in case, a proper representation is made to the Superintendent of Police, Panipat within a week, the Superintendent of Police, Panipat-Respondent No. 2, shall look into the same and take appropriate measures, if need be within two weeks from the receipt of the said representation.
