THIS is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 18 dated 26.02.2010 under Sections 452/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Kotbhai, District Muktsar as well as counter version given in the aforesaid FIR and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

(3.) THE Full Bench of this Court in the case of Kulwinder Singh and others v. State of Punjab and another-2007(3) RCR (Criminal) 1052 has observed as under:
