VEERPAL KAUR Vs. UNION TERRITORY, CHANDIGARH AND ANR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner Veerpal Kaur for quashing of Complaint No. 4841 of 2008 dated 28.1.2008 titled 'Navdeep Gupta v. Satnam Singh and Ors. pending in the Court of JMIC, Chandigarh on the basis of compromise between the parties annexed as Annexure P-2 with the petition.

(2.) Notice of motion was issued in the case on 15.12.2009.

(3.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and complainant Navdeep Gupta has no objection in quashing of the complaint.
