JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE only injury attributed to the petitioner is on the forearm of one of the witnesses. The fatal injury has been attributed to Mange Ram. The statement was recorded on the very same date of another eye witness. He has also stated that the fight has taken place between Mange Ram and Surinder Kumar. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find it a fit case for grant of bail. Petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of the CJM Panipat. Petition allowed.
