JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order disposes of bail application of Balkar Singh, Mangal Singh and Mangta, who have been arrested in case F.I.R. No. 55 dated 24.6.1999 Under Sec. 15 of N.D.P.S. Act. registered in Police Station Goindwal Sahib Police District. Tarn Taran. Revenue District Amritsar.

The bail application has been pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners on various ground such as that he entire story of the prosecution is unnatural: that the secret information, which was received by the Investigating Officer, has not been reduced into writing as required under section 42 of the N.D.P.S. Act, that the seal after use has not been handed over to the independent witness and in these circumstances it is doubtful whether the recovery is genuine or not.
