JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. J. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. J. Payeng, learned counsel representing respondent nos.3, 5, 6 and 7. Ms. U. Das, learned counsel appears for respondent no.4.

(2.) List for Motion again on 22.07.2019, as we propose to examine the case records at the first instance Office to requisition the case records in respect of F.T. Case No.85/2017 from the office of the Foreigners' Tribunal, Kamrup (M), 2nd Guwahati and F.T. Case No-FT- 9/65/GKJ/2016 from the office of the Foreigners' Tribunal No-9th, Dhubri.
