JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. S Sharma, learned counsel for the accused-petitioner as well as Mr. NJ Dutta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam.

(2.) This is an application, filed under Section 438 of the Cr.PC. seeking pre-arrest bail of the accused-petitioner, namely, Jatin @ Jotindra Mandal, in connection with Sonapur PS Case No. 90/2019 registered under Section 326 of the IPC.
