JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. J.A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S.H. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.

(2.) By this application under Section 438 Cr.PC, the petitioner, namely, Sri Prem Kumar Kahar has prayed for pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Dhing P.S. Case No. 202/2019 under Sections 326/34 of the IPC.

(3.) In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the learned Trial Court, if so advised and apply for regular bail. If any such bail application is filed, the learned Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
