JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Zoramchhana, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) This case was listed for motion on 25.03.2019 and this Court before issuing any notice asked the learned Government Advocate to obtain instructions in the matter, more particularly, the representation submitted by the petitioners on 17.07.2018. However, Mr. C. Zoramchhana, the learned Addl. Advocate General submits that they have not received any instructions till date.

(3.) Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioners, the case is being taken up for final disposal at the motion stage itself.
