JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. S.K. Dutta, learned senior counsel for the respondent No. 1/Insurance Company, assisted by Ms. M. Choudhury.

(2.) The present appeal has been filed against the impugned Judgment dated 08.08.2017, passed by the MACT, Kamrup, Guwahati in MAC Case No. 1567/2005, by which compensation amount of Rs. 2 lakhs has been awarded to the claimant, on account of injury sustained in a motor vehicular accident.

(3.) The appellant's case is that on 27.03.2005, one Sh. Dilip Kumar Bagaria and his brother Sh. Pradip Bagaria, who were travelling in a Maruti Car met with an accident, when they were hit by bus No. AS-17-4142. The two brothers were taken to a hospital where they were treated.
