(2.) By this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners, namely, 1. Mr. Ashokananda Das, 2. Dr. Paro Das and 3. Mrs. Sweta Das , have prayed for pre- arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with Basistha PS Case No.1745/2019, under Sections 120 B/417/409/420/468/471 IPC.
