JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A. Goyal, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Nath, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the respondent No. 1, 2 and 3 and Mr. P. N. Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent No.4.

(2.) In this petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 09.02.2019 by which the petitioner has been transferred as O/C of Chowkihola P.S.

(3.) Being aggrieved, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent No. 4 on 09.02.2018. Getting no response, the petitioner has approached this Court challenging the said transfer order.
