(1.) Heard Mr. S.K. Goswami, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. R. Choudhury, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2A, 2B, 2C, 3 and 4A to 4E.

(3.) This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for setting aside the abetment for substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
