JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. M.U. Mondal, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Ms. P. Chakroborty, learned standing counsel, Education (Secondary) Department, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, Mr. A. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent No.6 and Mr. D. Das, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent No.10. None appears for the other respondents.

(2.) This writ appeal is preferred against the judgment & order dated 24.11.2016, passed in WP(C) No.5345/2014, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed.
