JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. R. Barua, learned counsel for the review petitioner. Also heard Mr. A. Chakravorty, learned State counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) This review application is filed on 31.1.2018, after more than three and half years had elapsed, seeking review of paragraph 26 of the judgment and order dated 5.9.2014 passed in WP(C) No. 1901/2010.

(3.) The petitioner, who was a constable, was dismissed from service by an order dated 19.9.2006.
